Kristi Drew joins Life Sciences and Financial Services arm of Korn Ferry
Korn Ferry has appointed Kristi Drew as the Global Account Leader of the firm’s Life Sciences and Financial Services practices and as a Senior Client Partner. She brings more than two decades of experience to the position, which is based out of the firm’s Princeton office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Kristi Drew was Senior Vice President at Aon Risk Solutions in Morristown. NJ. She was previously a Senior National Account Manager at Prudential Financial, where she worked for just over three years. Earlier roles include Consultant at Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson) and Marketing Manager at Lord, Abbett & Co. She began her consulting career at Prudential Financial in 1994, rising to the role of Manager during her first spell with the firm.
Throughout her career, Drew has volunteered at a number of nonprofits and charities, including Aon Women's International Network, Roots & Wings, and the American Red Cross. She has also held various board-level positions, including at the North Jersey Association for Female Executives. Such experience will be increasingly important in an era of diversity and women-led consultancies entering the US market.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she also completed her Master of Business Administration in Business Management. She is a Chartered Financial Consultant with The American College.
Drew joins Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner and the Global Account Leader of the firm’s Life Sciences and Financial practices. The role will see her leverage her more than 20 years of experience in, among others, talent management & development, engagement, M&A activities, and the mitigation of various people-related risks. She also brings strong advocacy for inclusion in the workplace, reflected in her past charity and board level roles.
