Logic20/20 announces partnership with Theia
Business and technology consulting firm Logic20/20 has announced a partnership with Theia, which offers an analytics hub that delivers a single user experience, allowing easy access to analytics and data visualizations and enabling better, data-driven decisions.
In particular, Theia offers accelerated integration, allowing users to embed multiple analytics tools alongside other assets; monetization and brand enablement; and federated discovery, which simplifies content organization and searching within organizations.
Via an analytics hub – or business intelligence (BI) portal – users can manage content by logging into a single URL. Once logged in, users can access dashboards from various departments and locations.
Logic20/20 will offer support to Theia’s process, including tool validation, implementation, tagging, change management, and training.
“In order to align with knowledge management best practices and get the biggest return on investment, an analytics hub is essential,” said Nick Kelly, director of visual analytics at Logic20/20. “By partnering with Theia, our clients will have an integrated analytics experience, as well as a course of action to make effective, data-driven decisions. I look forward to the work we will be doing with them on analytics hubs and BI portals.”
Logic20/20 will also offer a three-part service for analytics hubs. The firm is able to provide 24/7 monitoring, management of daily analytics, and recommendations for system optimizations based on adoption and user needs.
Logic20/20 firm was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The firm also operates out of offices in San Jose, California and Wenatchee.
