Keith Hausmann leaves Accenture to join Globality

Globality, a Silicon Valley–based sourcing and procurement platform company, has brought in Keith Hausmann as its new chief revenue officer. Hausmann joins from management and technology consultancy Accenture, where he served as the global lead for procurement and supply chain operations.

As CRO, Hausmann will guide the company’s business development, sales, and growth initiatives. Founded in 2015, Globality provides an AI-powered sourcing platform that matches companies with the best service providers for their needs, significantly cutting down on process cost and time.

In January, the company raised $100 million from the SoftBank Vision Fund, bringing its total money raised to $172 million since its founding in 2015. The tech firm has offices in Menlo Park, CA, London, and Hong Kong.

Hausmann brings to Globality extensive experience pioneering and leading outsourced procurement services for Fortune 500s. He previously was a managing director at Accenture, where he developed and managed the consultancy’s global sourcing, procurement and supply chain business process services, including: R&D, technology, service delivery, and client relationship management.

Before that, he co-founded Procurian, a company which pioneered the concept of outsourced procurement and was acquired by Accenture in 2013. Earlier in his career, Hausmann was director of strategic planning at Vlasic Foods and director of strategic sourcing at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
