Morgan Hill Partners names four veteran operational partners

Management consultancy Morgan Hill Partners has named four new operational partners, increasing the firm’s partner total to 23. Tania Tawil, Matt Campbell, Basit Hussain, and Pete Peterson will each take on the position.

Tawil has worked with mobile marketing firm Vibes, assisting big-name companies and organizations such as The Home Deport, Pep Boys, CBS Radio, the NFL Network, and Hudson’s Bay Company, as well as the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks, in launching and implementing strategies for mobile marketing strategies – a sector is predicted to reach to reach $38 billion by 2023. She also spent more than a decade at Comcast.

Campbell has more than two decades experience in enterprise software solutions with Microsoft and Nortek. Most recently, he served as VP of Sales for MemberSuite, an application-platform-as-a-service (aPaaS) for associations and member-based non-profits. 

Hussain holds three patents related to information security, and has worked as an information security consultant for financial clients such as the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, Cotiviti, and Huntington Banks. He holds both a master’s degree and a PhD in computer engineering from the University of Miami.

Peterson has 30 years of experience in corporate sales, marketing, and operations. He has worked as the president of Xerox Channels, where he led a global channel strategy unit with more than $3 billion in annual revenue, as well as a $1.5-billion North American channel operations business unit. He also served as senior vice president, sales and corporate offer for Tessco Technologies, and vice president of global channel sales and marketing for Brocade Corporation.

Morgan Hill Partners was founded in 2017, with the aim to “re-envision traditional management consultancy.” It works with growth-stage tech and tech-enabled companies to find solutions that will help them scale and optimize business operations. The firm utilizes a methodology touted as “Operational Engineering.”
