Career Management Advisors adds Nancy Wilson as managing director
Career Management Advisors (CMA), a boutique financial services-focused consultancy, has added Nancy Wilson as managing director. Wilson brings more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry.
Based in Atlanta, with additional offices in New York and Boston, CMA advises financial services businesses and professionals for “growth, transition, and succession.” The firm focuses on M&A for registered investment advisory (RIA) firms; placement, retained search, and recruiting for financial services; and business strategy consulting. Founded in 2016, the firm’s consultants draw on extensive professional experience in the financial services industry.

Wilson has over three decades of financial services experience, with a strong track record of raising capital for asset managers, delivering solutions, and driving growth for family offices and wealth advisers.
Wilson previously held senior leadership roles in consultant relations and business development at investment advisors Merganser Capital Management and UCM Partners. Before that, she was director of hedge fund capital raising at Channel Capital Group and director of institutional funds marketing at InvestorForce, a tech startup and due diligence platform company.
Wilson started her career on Wall Street in institutional sales and trading, working at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and JP Morgan. She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and BA from Boston College.
