Risk Consulting Partners names Colleen Aynessazian managing director
Risk Consulting Partners (RCP) has announced that Colleen Aynessazian will become the firm’s new managing director of finance and operations.
In the role, she will be tasked with driving high-growth strategy, as well as overseeing all financial functions, corporate development, and mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. Aynessazian will also lead the firm's day-to-day operations and work to maximize long-term shareholder value.
"As top talent in the industry, Colleen offers the strategic mindset RCP needs to continue our current trajectory,” Heather Gardere, chief growth officer for RCP, said. “She's demonstrated the ability to lead growth initiatives and spearhead operational improvements. We are excited to have her join RCP at such an exciting time."
Aynessazian joins RCP from Corkill Insurance Agency, which operates in the risk management industry, where she worked for over four years as chief financial officer. There, she was instrumental in the development and organization of long-term budgeting, planning, and forecasting across the firm’s groups, segments, and operations. She also managed finance, operations, HR, and IT groups within the organization.
Prior to Corkill, Aynessazian served as CFO for Crissie Insurance Group – a position she held for just short of a decade. She has also worked as a CPA, and also holds an Illinois Insurance License. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
