BDO acquires tax consultancy Biegel Waller
Accounting and advisory firm BDO USA has announced the acquisition of Biegel Waller Tax Advisory Services and its 14 partners and professionals. The acquisition was finalized on January 1. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Biegel Waller is a tax consultancy based in Columbia, Maryland. BDO plans to maintain Biegel Waller’s physical headquarters, further strengthening its presence in the Washington, DC and Baltimore markets.
Biegel Waller specializes in international tax, state and local tax, tax compliance, and tax advisory services. It was founded in 1998 and works with Fortune 500 and clients in industries such as hospitality, hotel management, real estate, government contracting, IT, and sciences. It is a member of the Biegel Waller Group.
