Slalom expands services to Southern Connecticut
Management and technology consultancy Slalom has announced a new office in White Plains, New York, expanding its consulting services to Westchester County and Southern Connecticut.
Slalom says the new office will bring more than 300 jobs to the region over the next several years.
“In Southern Connecticut, we see a lot of untapped potential,” said Marc Raderman, Slalom general manager for Westchester/Southern Connecticut. “Connecticut has an exceptionally productive and skilled workforce, and a passion for innovation—a perfect match for Slalom.”
The firm’s newest general manager, Marc Raderman, will be tasked with building out the firm’s presence in the region. Raderman has been with Slalom since 2011, and was previously a managing director. Prior to joining the firm, the digital transformation expert held leadership roles at cybersecurity firm Global Velocity, Dell, and Merrill Lynch.
Slalom expects to tap into a roster of clients in the finance, insurance, technology, bioscience, and healthcare sectors.
“Slalom's expertise in digital transformation will undoubtedly help our companies better face their biggest opportunities and challenges,” said Jon Winkel, founder and executive director of Stamford Innovation Week. “With a wealth of talented, successful business leaders, and a strategic location between Boston and New York City, this is the perfect place for an innovative company like Slalom to thrive.”
The Seattle-headquartered firm was founded in 2001, and today has 7,500 employees across more than 30 offices in the US, Canada, and UK.
In fall 2019, Slalom expanded to Florida with a new Miami location, with plans to open four additional offices in the state and hire more than 600 employees.
Last year, the consulting firm also opened a new location in Manchester, UK.
