Dallas-based management consultancy Evolv Consulting has added seasoned executives Matt Bieri and Paul Shultz as directors on its advisory board.

Founded in 2018 by Eric Neef, CEO and Mike Bogda, COO – two former senior leaders at Slalom – evolv is a full service management and technology consulting firm, with a focus on local consulting and customer-centricity.

“Our business model is simple: the right people with the right experience at the right price," said Neef. "We've seen explosive growth over the past two years and have plans to expand into other major markets.”

Neef has more than 20 years of management and technology consulting experience, previously spending eight years at Slalom, where he was latterly a senior director. New advisory board directors Matt Bieri and Paul Schultz will join director Andrew Typrin, who currently serves as the head of digital product at JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Bieri brings nearly four decades of IT leadership and technology sector experience. He has spent the last ten years as chief information officer at Tyler Technologies, a provider of information management solutions and services to local governments. Before that, he was CIO of newspaper company A.H. Belo, and VP of global delivery at Electronic Data Systems. Earlier in his career, he was a manager/director at CSX Technology and Raytheon.
