North Highland, a global management consulting firm, is now a certified partner with Celonis, a leading process mining technology company.

Originating in the research of academics at Eindhoven University in the Netherlands, process mining applies data mining algorithms to event log data to identify trends, patterns, and details. Organizations can then use this data-driven evidence to better understand their processes and improve their efficiency.

Munich-based Celonis is a top provider of technology using this method, which aims to reduce operational friction. The firm’s cloud software discovers the causes of friction in business processes, reduces and prevents friction through the application of AI-driven actions, and then monitors improvements with process visualizations.

Celonis was founded in Germany in 2011 and quickly expanded across the globe, becoming a unicorn startup in 2018 and reaching a valuation of $2.5 billion in 2019. The company has worked with many leading organizations, including Siemens, Uber, and Airbus.North Highland becomes a certified partner of CelonisNorth Highland will now join Celonis’ partner network of more than 100 innovators and implementers.
