Workforce Logiq hires EY managing director Geoff Dubiski

Workforce, a global workforce management company, has hired Geoff Dubiski as EVP of global solutions. Dubiski most recently served as managing director of EY’s people advisory services.

Based in Orlando, Workforce Logiq (formerly ZeroChaos) provides workforce intelligence, technology, and services to corporations in more than 50 countries. The company’s universal sourcing solution allows organizations to manage all elements of their acquisition and retention programs, including full-time, contingent, and freelance workers.

Workforce Logiq has more than 1,000 employees and manages 15,000 global supplier relationships. The company is backed by private equity firm The Carlyle Group.

Geoff Dubiski brings 25 years of experience as a talent acquisition and contingent workforce leader to Workforce Logiq. He most recently spent four years at EY’s Charlotte office, where he was a managing director in the people advisory services business and leader for the firm’s total talent workforce management and supply chain offering. In the role, Dubiski helped clients across industries align their business goals with workforce acquisition and talent models. He also helped companies drive innovation, automation, and transformation in recruiting and contingent workforce management.

In 2006, he founded SumnerGrace, a global talent acquisition, talent management, and workforce planning consulting firm. The company was acquired by human capital consultancy WilsonHCG in 2015.

Between 1994 and 2006 Dubiski worked at staffing and recruitment firm Yoh, where he was a director in the outsourced recruitment, contingent labor, and onboarding practices. During his time at the firm, he supported clients such as GE, Monsanto, Motorola, and Cisco.

Dubiski holds an MS in labor relations and a BBA in management and HR from the University of Massachusetts.
