PA Consulting adds Joe Navarre as head of change management in US
PA Consulting, a transformation and innovation consulting firm, has welcomed Joe Navarre as a partner and leader of the firm’s US change management capability. He will be based in Los Angeles.
Navarre will be responsible for growing and expanding the firm’s capabilities and team in organizational change management, digital adoption, employee communications, culture, digital learning and reskilling, and workforce transformation.
Navarre brings more than 25 years of consulting experience specializing in business change, digital, and talent transformation programs. He joins PA Consulting from organizational consultancy Korn Ferry, where he spent the last year-and-a-half as senior partner and global change management leader.
Before that he spent seven years at tech consultancy Cognizant, where he was global practice head for the organization change management consulting practice. Navarre was also previously a director in PwC’s people & change practice, a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting’s human capital practice, and a senior managing consultant at IBM Global Business Services, where he focused on organization and change projects. He started his career at HR consultancy Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson).
Navarre arrives at PA during a time of pandemic-related disruption for organizations, many of which face challenges in managing change and addressing various workforce issues. This also presents an opportunity to rebuild firms with a stronger emphasis on purpose, diversity and inclusion, and digital upskilling.
“I am delighted to welcome Joe to PA at this pivotal moment,” Chris Steel, US business transformation lead at PA Consulting, said. “His strengths and leadership style align well with PA’s US growth priorities. I have every confidence that under his leadership we will be able to further enhance our ability to support clients with their change journeys in these exceptional times.”
Commenting on his new role in a LinkedIn post, Navarre said, “I look forward to working with our clients and project teams in using Change as a key enabler to address key talent & people challenges driven by our current economy, digital adoption, social injustice, diversity & inclusion, new workplace and sustainability – now more than ever is the time to use Change Management to transform, reinvent and create greater resiliency for a better future!”
