Kin + Carta (KTC), a London-based digital transformation consulting firm, has acquired Cascade Data Labs, a boutique Portland, OR consulting firm specializing in data and analytics.

Founded in 2016, Cascade helps companies leverage data to drive business value. The firm's team of more than a dozen professionals supports Fortune 500 firms with data transformation initiatives, providing services in data strategy, engineering, integration, visualization, and governance.

The firm utilizes tools and technology from Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, DataBricks, and Tableau, among others, and has experience across a diverse range of functions, including marketing, e-commerce, operations, supply chain, finance, and privacy.

KTC’s acquisition of Cascade will boost the firm’s data capability as client demand for data solutions continues to grow. The move will add a new office in Portland for KTC, which has US locations in Chicago, Denver, New York, and San Francisco.
