On the compliance end, VantagePoint delivers risk assessment, litigation support, audits, and other services. The firm also offers a full range of credentialing, enrolment, and PSV, from application gathering to ongoing sanctions monitoring.

VantagePoint is led by owners Helen Hadley and Susan Prior, who together have more than 55 years of industry experience. The consulting firm has more than 20 employees, according to LinkedIn.

BerryDunn’s acquisition of VantagePoint will expand the firm’s healthcare consulting practice, and extend its reach in southern New England. The merger will add a second Connecticut location, complementing BerryDunn’s office in Hartford.
