Clear Thinking Group names Brian Allen as partner
Clear Thinking Group, a Hillsborough, NJ-based management consultancy specializing in turnaround and restructuring, has promoted Brian Allen to partner.
Based in Portland, OR, Allen has more than 25 years of experience serving in senior finance roles, as well as providing financial consulting services. He has worked on numerous engagements to improve financial operations and performance at consumer product, retail, and manufacturing clients – taking on interim CFO and chief accounting officer roles.
Allen has deep expertise providing consulting services in financial modeling and analysis, strategic planning, valuation, due diligence, and M&A, as well as operations, HR, and IT oversight.
He has been at Clear Thinking Group (CTG) for 11 years, serving as a managing director. Allen was previously CFO at Copeland Sports and RB Rubber Products. Earlier in his career, he was a senior auditor at Deloitte and an accountant at EY and Arthur Andersen.
Allen holds a BS in accounting from Oregon State University, and is a certified public accountant.
