Clarkston Consulting promotes LaToya Lee and Peter Tzefronis
Clarkston, a national management consultancy focusing on life sciences and consumer products, has promoted LaToya Lee and Peter Tzefronis to associate partner.

LaToya Lee has more than 20 years of experience guiding companies in pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer goods through transformational change, with a focus on quality and regulatory services. She has deep expertise managing the program lifecycle for laboratory software, enterprise resource planning software, and quality and regulatory systems. Lee has particular expertise in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Veeva technology.
She joined Clarkston’s Atlanta office in 2003 as a validation consultant in 2003, was named a manager in 2010, and became a client solutions executive in 2019. Prior to joining Clarkston, Lee was a senior consultant at Accenture, where she spent five years.
Lee holds a BS in industrial engineering from North Carolina A&T State University.
Peter Tzefronis has 20 years of experience advising on process improvement initiatives and digital transformation. He has expertise in IT strategy and roadmaps, IT governance audits, leading mid- to large-scale ERP engagements, and supporting sell-side divestitures.
Tzefronis joined Clarkston as a manager in 2007, and became a client solutions executive in 2019. He is based in Cleveland.
Prior to Clarkston, he was a senior manager at Capgemini and a manager at EY. Tzefronis has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University.
