Renovus Capital Partners invests in Thought Logic Consulting
Renovus Capital Partners, a Philadephia-area private equity firm, has made a “significant” growth capital investment in Thought Logic Consulting, an Atlanta-based provider of management and technology consulting services.
Founded in 2014, Thought Logic provides consulting services in strategy execution, business process management, organizational change management, business analytics, project leadership, and M&A integration. The firm has experience helping clients in a range of industries improve their finance, human capital, IT, sales & marketing, and supply chain functions.
The firm’s team of approximately 100 consultants have worked on numerous multi-million dollar initiatives, and have previous experience at consultancies such as Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, and IBM.
Though Logic has offices in Atlanta, GA and Richmond, VA.
Renovus’ investment in the firm will allow Thought Logic to grow its team and capabilities, expand geographically, and seek out acquisitions and industry partnerships.
"We are incredibly excited to partner with Renovus in our next phase of growth," said Keith Roberts, CEO and founder of Thought Logic. "The combination of our service excellence, rooted in our core tenets of 'Listen, Collaborate, and Deliver,' and Renovus' proven track record of adding strategic value to founder-led businesses will supercharge Thought Logic's vision of becoming the best regional business and technology consultancy."
This is Renovus’ ninth investment in the business and technology services space since its founding in 2010. The firm also invests in education and healthcare services companies, seeking targets with an Ebitda of less than $10 million and with strong growth prospects.
"As industry specialists, we have a strong affinity for niche businesses that offer cost effective and innovative services to address complex business challenges faced by their clients. Thought Logic, through its experienced consultants deployed in a local coverage model, does just that," said Atif Gilani, founding partner of Renovus.
Renovus in 2019 acquired KSM Consulting, the consulting division of Indianapolis accountancy Katz, Sapper & Miller. The private equity-backed firm subsequently bolted on app development firm Connect Think and technology consultancy Advocate Solutions.
