RSM buys Rego Consulting's ServiceNow practice
RSM has acquired the ServiceNow practice of Rego Consulting, a Centerville, UT-based firm specializing in work management software consulting.
Rego Consulting was founded in 2007 and helps clients implement project and portfolio management (PPM), IT business management (ITBM), and work management IT systems.
The firm implements Clarity, ServiceNow, Workfront, and Microsoft Sharepoint systems, among others. Rego’s more than 200 employees have supported 60% of Fortune 100 companies and completed over 1,000 integrations.
RSM will now roll Rego’s ServiceNow professionals into its own ServiceNow practice, which helps clients across industries integrate the popular digital workflow platform.
Rego’s ServiceNow practice was founded in 2016 and holds Elite-level partner status.
Jerry Dolak, executive vice president and ServiceNow business lead at Rego, will join RSM as a principal in the firm’s Detroit office. The transaction is expected to close on June 1, 2021.
“We look forward to bringing ServiceNow’s innovative, productivity-enhancing solutions to RSM’s clients,” Dolak said. “We are equally excited to offer our current ServiceNow clients access to RSM’s full suite of consulting, audit, and tax services and to RSM’s global resources that may benefit our clients who operate internationally.”
RSM has more than 11,000 professionals across 80+ offices in the US. The mid-market accounting and consulting firm had $2.7 billion in revenues in 2020.
“We are thrilled to welcome Rego’s exceptional ServiceNow team to RSM at a time when digital business and workflow automation are more important than ever to our middle market clients,” said Brian Becker, consulting leader for RSM.
“We have high client demand for ServiceNow solutions that can help our clients get ahead in an increasingly complex and competitive business environment, and our new colleagues will help us deliver the comprehensive solutions they need.”
RSM in December acquired MondayCall, a San Francisco-based Salesforce consulting firm.
