Tetra Tech’s acquisition of Kaizen will strengthen the firm’s international development practice within its government services group. The company has supported international development programs for more than forty years, including numerous projects for USAID.

“The addition of Kaizen enables us to expand our management consulting capabilities and Tetra Tech Delta technologies to further enhance economic growth and prosperity in developing countries worldwide,” said Dan Batrack, chairman and CEO of Tetra Tech.

Tetra Tech has approximately 20,000 employees globally who deliver consulting and engineering services in water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, energy, and international development.

Kevin Wheeler, CEO of Kaizen, said, “Our team is excited to join Tetra Tech and offer our clients the global expertise of one of the world’s leading international development providers. Sharing Tetra Tech’s values of entrepreneurship and innovation, together we can build multidisciplinary teams to deliver greater value to our clients and provide new opportunities for our employees.”
