Centric Consulting expands into Detroit
Centric Consulting, a Dayton, OH-based management and technology consulting firm, has opened a new office in Detroit.
The move will strengthen the firm’s already strong Midwestern presence, where it has locations in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis. Centric Consulting has further US offices in Boston, Charlotte, Louisville, Miami, Seattle, and Tampa, as well as an international location in India.
A specialist in large-scale transformation, Centric selected Detroit because of opportunities to support southeast Michigan’s automotive and manufacturing industries with digital, technology, and operational transformation.
Centric’s newly launched Detroit office currently has six consultants and will hire two to three professionals in the short term. The firm plans to hire 100 professionals locally in the next three to five years.

The firm’s business consulting line offers services in business strategy, experience design, operational excellence, people and change, and program management. Centric’s technology business has offerings across IT strategy, ERP, marketing & CRM, collaboration, data analytics, and outsourcing. The firm also advises on digital strategy, modernization, and digital experience.
Centric’s more than 1,000 consultants support clients primarily in insurance, healthcare, financial services, energy, and the public sector.
