Felix Global adds Rob Miller as director in executive search practice
Felix Global, a recruitment and HR consulting firm, has hired Rob Miller as a director in its recently launched executive search practice.
Miller, who will be based in the company’s US headquarters in Chicago, bring more than 20 years of experience in retained executive search to Felix. He specializes in recruiting for C-suite roles, their direct reports, and their teams. Miller has completed engagements in a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, and health and life sciences.

Miller was previously a principal at executive search firms Roberts & Ryan and Battalia Winston, where he spent one year and six years, respectively. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Jobplex, a talent acquisition solutions firm, where he was latterly an executive vice president. Earlier in his career, Miller was a senior associate at Kenzer Corp.
Before becoming a search professional, Miller spent 14 years in merchandising, working at companies including Neiman Marcus and The Limited.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University.

Miller joins an executive search practice that was launched earlier this year through the hiring of managing directors J. James O'Malley and Marc Detampel. The two professionals together have a combined 55 years of consulting experience.
In addition to executive search and professional recruiting, Felix has offerings in leadership development (coaching, emerging leaders, team effectiveness); organizational effectiveness (company culture, HR strategy and outsourcing); career management; and outplacement.
The consulting firm has more that 20 offices across the US and Canada, and more than 90 employees, according to LinkedIn.
