ThreeBridge Solutions acquires St. Paul-based Keyot

ThreeBridge Solutions, a Minneapolis-based technology and staffing consultancy, has acquired Keyot, a management consulting and staffing firm located in neighboring St. Paul, Minnesota.

Founded in 2008, Keyot is a boutique consultancy focused on helping clients across industries build a future-ready workforce. The firm provides services in strategic staffing, training, and mentoring, as well as in compliance remediation and agile & product transformation.

Keyot’s offers Crew212, a national emerging-leader program that sources talent from 2000+ colleges, provides them with mentoring and training, and connects them with prospective employers.

The firm has approximately 150 employees, according to LinkedIn, with offices in St. Paul and West Des Moines, Iowa.

ThreeBridge’s acquisition of Keyot will add complementary capabilities in “project to product” and compliance remediation consulting. “While ThreeBridge has mainly focused on IT at Fortune 500 clients across the nation, Keyot has largely serviced the business side of their clients,” stated a press release from the firm.ThreeBridge Solutions acquires St. Paul-based KeyotAdded ThreeBridge CEO Jim Kelly, “As the lines between business and IT continue to blur, this merger makes us uniquely positioned to bring our clients more innovative solutions and address their most pressing challenges and initiatives.”

The move will also bolster the consulting firm’s existing staffing and training practices.

ThreeBridge was founded in 2009 and delivers services in staffing, training, and consulting. The firm’s staffing practice sources IT talent for clients in a range of industries, while its training practice offers modules across project management, business and technical analysis, business transformation, agile, and ERP.

ThreeBridge provides consulting in strategic roadmaps, M&A, process design, SAP optimization, change management, and talent development.

The firm has approximately 1,000 people across offices in Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and Connecticut.
