Monique McCloud-Manley joins Mercer as workforce solutions head

Monique McCloud-Manley has joined Mercer as leader of workforce solutions for the US and Canada.

Based in Washington, DC, McCloud-Manley will oversee solutions for employee rewards, engagement, job architecture, and career frameworks. She will report to Susan Haberman, head of Mercer's career business in the US.

McCloud-Manley brings more than 20 years of professional experience, with the last eight years spent leading research teams in total rewards and compensation.

She joins Mercer from research firm Gartner, where she most recently served as practice vice president in the global research and advisory group. McCloud-Manley led the HR practice’s global data insights and innovation team, as well as the HR practice global research team, which delivered insights on topics including performance management, pay for performance, pay equity, rewards plan design, and wellbeing.Monique McCloud-Manley joins Mercer as North America workforce solutions headBefore that, she spent five years at CEB (now Gartner), where she was practice leader of the total rewards leadership council and managed a global research team serving total rewards, compensation, and benefits executives.

Earlier in her career, McCloud-Manley spent eight years at CPG giant Procter & Gamble, where she led Covergirl’s global brand building strategy and innovation development – including brand equity, licensing, and talent strategy and identification.

McCloud-Manley began her career at Deloitte, where she was a consultant focusing on strategic sourcing, logistical planning, and process re-engineering.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Spelman College.
