Rishi Dave rejoins Bain as partner in commercial excellence practice
Rishi Dave, an experienced chief marketing officer, has rejoined consulting firm Bain & Company as an expert partner in its commercial excellence practice in New York.
Dave will focus on supporting Bain’s clients with B2B marketing initiatives – driving marketing transformation and modernization.
Dave brings deep expertise building global marketing organizations that effectively leverage technology, data, analytics, and content strategy. He has overseen brand and messaging overhauls, digital customer experience rollouts, and new go-to-market models.
Dave previously served as chief marketing officer at MongoDB, a leading database platform company; Vonage, a B2B cloud communications firm; and Dun & Bradstreet, a B2B data and analytics company. Earlier in his career, Dave spent nine years at Dell, where he was latterly the global head of digital marketing for the technology firm’s B2B businesses.He started his career Bain in 1996, spending two years as an associate consultant.
Dave holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in chemical engineering from Stanford University.

Bain earlier this year opened its third Texas location with the launch of a new office in Austin.
