Sikich buys Microsoft Dynamics specialist PA Group USA
Sikich, a Chicago-based accounting and consulting firm, has acquired PA Group USA, an IT consultancy specializing in Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
Headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, PA Group USA helps manufacturers implement and optimize enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and manufacturing execution systems. A Microsoft Dynamics Gold Certified Partner and Cloud Solutions Provider, PA Group USA also offers services in business intelligence, marketing automation, and cloud and IT infrastructure services.
The company has approximately 20 employees and is part of Gruppo PA, an Italy-based multinational company with more than 500 employees and $60 million in annual revenue.
Sikich's acquisition of PA Group USA will bolster its ability to support manufacturers in their digital transformation journey. The deal is slated to close at the end of the month. We're excited to join forces with a major industry player like Sikich," said Bradley Hanon, CEO of PA Group USA, who will join Sikich as a partner. "Our team and our clients will benefit from access to Sikich's deep bench of experts and wide range of digital transformation capabilities."
Sikich’s technology practice provides services in digital transformation, ERP and CRM implementations, modern workplaces, IT and security managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity. The firm also offers services in assurance, tax, and business advisory, though its technology services now take primacy of place across its marketing materials.
Sikich has more than 1,000 professionals across 17 offices in the United States.
"The addition of PA Group USA is another important step in our ongoing growth efforts, which, in the end, enhance our ability to address clients' evolving business needs," said Jim Drumm, head of Sikich’s technology practice.
Sikich in 2019 acquired CPA firm Halt, Buza & Powell, as well as Salesforce consultancy NexGen Consultants.
The firm in August 2020 announced plans to permanently shift its workplace model to one centered on remote work.
