Globant acquires sales and marketing IT specialist Navint
Globant, a Luxembourg-headquartered IT and software development consultancy, has acquired Navint, a West Henrietta, NY-based sales and marketing technology consulting firm.
Founded in 2010, Navint helps clients assess their go-to-market and monetization models, optimize their lead-to-revenue operations, and realize maximum ROI from investments in technology for customer relationship management (CRM), configure price quote (CPQ), customer loyalty management (CLM), billing, and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The firm focuses on market leader Salesforce, but also supports implementations for Oracle, SAP, Sage Intacct, and Workday, among others.
Navint works with Fortune 1000 clients in various industries, including financial services, high-tech, retail and consumer, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and healthcare. The firm has approximately 130 people concentrated in New York, LA, Chicago, Boston, Denver, and London. Navint also has a delivery center in Ahmedabad, India.
Globant’s acquisition of Navint will bolster the firm’s global Salesforce practice. The deal builds on Globant’s July acquisition of Walmeric, a Spain-based software firm offering a multi-channel marketing platform (“Delio”) focused on lead-to-revenue management.
“Globant is the ideal partner to augment our capabilities and reach, and we are thrilled to join this talented, cutting-edge team as we extend our combined operations across North America and Europe," said Jim Martindale, CEO of Navint.
Founded in Bueno Aires in 2003 and now based in Luxembourg, Globant offers end-to-end services in technology consulting, with practices in product development, design, process optimization, customer experience, digital sales and marketing, cloud operations, data and AI, and cybersecurity, among others. The firm works with large clients across industries including life sciences, financial services, TMT, and travel and hospitality.
Globant’s more than 20,000 employees have supported companies like Google, Santander, and Electronic Arts. The firm has offices across South America, North America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and India.
"I'm very excited to partner with Jim, and the entire Navint team, in integrating their deep expertise in lead-to-revenue transformation and in the Salesforce platform to improve and expand Globant's own enterprise offerings and support our focus of helping our clients reinvent their businesses and operations,” said Fernando Matzkin, Globant's chief business officer for North America. “Their presence in North America will also be key to keep reinforcing our local footprint."
