Mercer hires Keisha Olinger to lead Atlanta office
Mercer, a global human resources and wealth advisory firm, has hired Keisha Olinger as Atlanta office leader.
In her new role, Olinger will oversee the Atlanta office’s local client relationships, client acquisition and retention, and go-to-market strategies across all business lines, while driving profitable revenue growth.
Olinger brings 20 years of professional experience with a focus on HR consulting. She joins Mercer from rival firm Willis Towers Watson, where she spent 15 years and most recently served as a managing director and client management leader for Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. In the role, Olinger was responsible for shaping the region’s client management objectives with accountability for growing profitable revenue, as well as managing her own portfolio of clients, which included Fortune 1000 companies in a range of industries.
Before that, Olinger served as a senior director of client management and director of change management and communication.
Earlier in her career, Olinger was a consultant at Aon. She has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio).
“We are fortunate to have someone of Keisha’s caliber and experience join our organization. She is a strong, proven, passionate leader who knows our business, the Atlanta market and has a deep understanding of the complex needs of our clients in today’s fast-changing world,” said Stephanie Penner, US East market CEO.
Olinger added, “I am honored and excited to lead Mercer’s Atlanta office and be part of a purpose-driven organization whose mission is to build brighter futures for our clients, colleagues, and communities.”
Mercer’s 25,000 global employees provide human resources consulting and asset management services to clients across industries.
The New York-headquartered firm earlier this year promoted Mustafa Faizani to head of the US West market and hired Holly Verdeyen as US defined contribution leader.
