AlixPartners adds consumer products expert Bernardo Silva
Consulting firm AlixPartners has hired Bernardo Silva as a Chicago-based managing director in the firm’s consumer products practice.
Silva has 27 years of professional experience with a focus on advising consumer products companies on strategy, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. He has supported clients across food and beverage, personal care, apparel, and tobacco on projects in growth strategy, market entry, due diligence, post-merger integration, go-to-market strategy, and digital transformation.
Silva has completed engagements across the Americas, Europe, Asia.
He joins AlixPartners from Monitor Deloitte, the Big Four firm’s strategy consulting arm, where he spent eight years as a managing director in the consumer products practice. Before that, Silva was a principal at Roland Berger and Bridge Strategy Group (now Houlihan Lokey). Earlier in his career, Silva was an engagement manager at Kearney.Prior to entering management consulting, he spent over six years at Coca-Cola, where he held roles in brand marketing and sales operations.
Silva has an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
