MorganFranklin promotes Anil Persad and Jared Benedict to managing director
MorganFranklin Consulting, a Washington, DC-based management consulting firm, has promoted Anil Persad and Jared Benedict to managing director.

Persad leads MorganFranklin’s New York office. He has 20 years of experience working on client engagements in technical accounting, financial reporting, IPO readiness, M&A, and more. He has completed projects in a range of industries, including technology, consumer, retail, and media.
He joined MorganFranklin in 2017 as a director in the accounting and risk advisory business. Before that, he spent two years as a senior manager in technical accounting and IPO services at Connor Group.
Earlier in his career, Persad spent over 13 years at PwC, where he was latterly a senior manager.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from City University of New York – Queens College and a CPA certification.
Benedict is based in based in San Antonio and co-leads the firm’s Texas market. He has 17 years of experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, and has served clients in financial services, insurance, and oil and gas.
He joined MorganFranklin in 2019 as an executive director focusing on technical accounting. Before that, he spent nearly six years at Aventine Hill Partners, where he was a managing partner of technical accounting.
Benedict was also previously a manager in KPMG’s transaction services practice and a manager in EY’s audit business.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and a CPA certification.
