FTI Consulting adds Anne Winter and Jamie Singer
FTI Consulting has hired Anne Winter as a senior managing director in its health solutions practice and Jaime Singer as a managing director in its cybersecurity and data privacy communications group.
Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Winter brings more than 25 years of experience in Medicaid policy and regulation, managed care, operational improvement, market entry strategy, and pharma supply chain. She joins FTI from Health Management Associates, where she spent the last six years and latterly served as a managing principal.
Before that, Winter was a senior director at CVS Health, where she led regulatory compliance activities for the pharmacy benefit manager. Earlier in her career she was a senior director at the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, where she was responsible for Medicaid, managed care contracting, capitation rate setting, and dual eligible policy. Winter also previously served as health policy advisor to former Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano.
She has a master’s degree in linguistics from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from St. John’s College.

Based in Chicago, Singer brings 15 years of strategic communications experience to FTI, where she will assist organizations with strategic communications and reputation management services before, during, and after significant cybersecurity incidents.
A leading expert in cybersecurity crisis communications, Singer has advised Fortune 500 firms and public sector organizations through some of the most-high profile breaches of the last decade.
Singer rejoins FTI from PR firm Resolute, where she was EVP and director of data security, privacy, and crisis communications. Before that, she was SVP and a senior lead in Edelman’s US data security and privacy group.
Singer began her career at FTI in 2007, where she was an associate in the special situations and corporate communications practices.
She has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan.
