Cadmus expands corporate growth organization
The Cadmus Group, a Waltham, MA-headquartered strategic and technical consulting firm, has expanded its corporate growth organization – including three new director hires: Vince Bonifera, Bob Brown, and Barbara Eberhard.
The firm in a press release announced “significant investments” to scale corporate growth infrastructure to enable a larger pipeline and proposal volume. Cadmus also announced the addition of Bonifera and Brown as public sector business development directors and Eberhard as public sector proposal operations director.
Bonifera brings more than 25 years of consulting experience in environmental and infrastructure markets to Cadmus, where he will focus on expanding the consultancy’s work with the EPA, Department of Energy, and Department of Transportation. He previously spent 16 years at Booz Allen, where he delivered environmental and sustainability program support to various federal agencies. Earlier in his career, Bonifera held engineering roles at URS and Potomac-Hudson Engineering.
Brown has more than 20 years of experience in strategic account leadership, business development, and delivery for federal agencies. He joins Cadmus from CVP, a government-focused healthcare and technology consultancy, where he was a strategic account executive for the Health and Human Services (HHS) portfolio. Before that, he was a principal at Booz Allen focusing on HHS engagements in digital, agile, DevOps, and UX. Brown also previously spent 11 years at federal IT consultancy Aquilent, where he was latterly business unit vice president.
Eberhard has more than 15 years of experience managing proposal operations for large and mid-sized government contractors. She has led hundreds of successful proposal efforts across government-wide acquisition and indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts. She most recently served as senior director of proposal management at Idemia National Security Solutions, and before that was director of bid and proposals at Avantus Federal. Earlier in her career, Eberhard spent over 12 years at Northrop Grumman, where she was latterly operational projects and strategic initiatives lead.
“Vince, Bob, and Barbara are highly experienced growth leaders with a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face,” said president and CEO Ian Kline. “Having them join Cadmus’ expanded corporate growth team further strengthens our ability to provide our clients with the critical support necessary to achieve their missions.”
Cadmus works with government, utility, and private sector organizations on strategic and technical engagements in energy, climate, water, public health, security and resilience, international development, and transportation. The firm’s diverse offerings include policy, program, and risk assessment; engineering and design; compliance and reporting; stakeholder engagement; and communications and marketing.
Cadmus has more than 600 professionals across 19 offices in the US, Germany, and Belgium.
The firm earlier this year expanded its German operations with the acquisition of RaikeSchwertner, a Hamburg-based communications agency.
Cadmus also recently hired Paul Lynch, formerly an SVP at ICF, as chief operating officer.
