Transom Consulting Group adds Seth Egorin as partner

Transom Consulting Group, a Los Angeles-headquartered management consultancy, has welcomed Seth Egorin as a partner and head of its consumer and technology sector practices.

Egorin brings over 20 years of consulting and industry operating experience across consumer, technology, and media companies. He has deep expertise in strategy, marketing, digital, innovation, and growth transformations.

He joins Transom from McKinsey & Company, where he spent the last seven-and-a-half years as an associate partner in the strategy firm’s Los Angeles office. Egorin co-led the direct-to-consumer/e-commerce offering and led growth and marketing engagements for consumer facing clients.

Before that, he spent over three years as VP of strategic planning at iGo, a mid-market consumer electronics company. Prior to that, he founded and led Aerial7, a startup headphone company which was acquired by iGo.

Egorin began his career as a management consultant at Accenture. He holds an MBA from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and leadership from the University of Richmond.

Transom was founded in 2009 and has over 30 employees, according to LinkedIn. The firm provides consulting in strategic planning, marketing and sales, operational enhancement, and M&A. Transom works with high-growth companies, established Fortune 100s, and investment firms across financial services, technology, consumer, and business services.
