Vantage Leadership adds Lacey Savage as consultant

Vantage Leadership, a Chicago-based firm specializing in the selection, integration, and development of leaders, has welcomed Lacey Savage, PsyD, as a consultant.

Based in Colorado Springs, Savage brings 10 years of experience practicing clinical psychology to Vantage, where she will work with clients across Vantage’s offering areas – deploying coaching techniques, development practices, and assessment systems.

Savage most recently spent four-and-a-half years at Diversus Health, a Colorado Springs-based behavioral health care provider, where she was an organizational development psychologist. In the role, Savage advised the executive leadership team on organizational health, policies, and change management practices. She also developed Diversus’ DEI program.

Prior to that, Savage was a psychologist at Rocky Mountain Health Care Services: PACE and a clinical adjunct faculty member and clinical supervisor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Aging Center.

Founded in 1976, Vantage delivers advisory services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, successional planning, high-performance teams, and culture audits, among other offerings. The firm has more than 40 employees, according to LinkedIn.
