Wes Graham succeeds Daniel Connor as US CEO of Sia Partners
Wes Graham has been appointed CEO of Sia Partners’ US operations, effective July 1, 2022. He is based in Charlotte, NC.
Graham succeeds Daniel Connor, who has led the management and technology consultancy’s US offices for the last decade. Connor will stay on at the firm as a senior advisor.
Graham joined Sia Partners last year as part of the acquisition of Summus Group, a Charlotte-based management and technology consultancy where he served as managing partner. He spent the last year as partner in Sia’s financial services industry practice.
Graham brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, fintech, and consulting to the US CEO role. He has deep expertise across business and technology transformation, strategic planning, business architecture and process redesign, M&A, business intelligence, and program management. Graham has supported numerous Fortune 500 financial services clients with US and global operations.
Prior to his five years at Summus Group, Graham spent four years at fintech and payments firm Fiserv, where he was business intelligence and strategic transformation executive within payments. Before that he was a strategic initiatives executive at Ally Financial and a planning and change management executive at Bank of America.
Graham started his career at Accenture, where he was latterly a senior manager within the strategy and business architecture group. He has an MBA from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from James Madison University.
“We are thrilled to announce that Wes Graham has been appointed CEO of Sia Partners US. This move comes after Daniel Connor retires from his position as US CEO, after leading our US operations from strength to strength for the past 10 years,” Sia Partners said in a LinkedIn post.
Based in Paris, Sia Partners has more than 2,400 people across 38 offices in 18 countries. The firm delivers services in corporate strategy, turnaround, supply chain, marketing and sales, digital transformation, data science, and cybersecurity.
Sia last year significantly bolstered its US presence with the acquisition of Summus Group and PPT Consulting, a Philadelphia based consultancy. The firm’s US operations spanned 570 employees across 11 offices at the time of the PPT deal.
Sia plans to further expand its US headcount to 800+ and its US locations to 15 by 2023.
