Bounteous adds Brian Whipple and Holly Paul to board of directors
Bounteous, a Chicago-headquartered digital marketing and transformation consultancy, has added Brian Whipple, former CEO of Accenture Interactive (now Accenture Song), and Holly Paul, chief human resources officer of FTI Consulting, as board directors.
Whipple retired from Accenture Interactive last year after helming the marketing group from its inception in 2011. Under his leadership the division quickly grew via numerous high-profile acquisitions to more than $10 billion in annual revenue.
Before rejoining Accenture, Whipple was COO and SVP, respectively, at marketing agencies Hill Holliday and RAPP. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years as a strategy consultant at Accenture.
Whipple currently serves as chairman and director of several public and private companies.
“Brian has long been a visionary in the intersection of marketing and technology,” said Keith Schwartz, CEO of Bounteous. “His experience together with his passion for defining and delivering the world’s best customer experiences for Fortune 500 brands will be an enormous asset to Bounteous and our clients.”
Whipple added, “It’s an honor to join the Bounteous Board of Directors, and to be part of a values-led company that’s constantly innovating to deliver the customer experiences of the future.”
Paul brings more than 20 years of experience in professional services-focused talent acquisition and management, organizational design, compensation, and employee relations. She has spent the last eight years as CHRO of FTI Consulting, a global management consulting firm. Before that, she spent nearly 20 years at PwC, latterly serving as US talent acquisition leader.
“We were seeking a board member whose career has been dedicated to growing professional talent, and we are excited to benefit from Holly’s expertise in this area,” said Leah Weyandt, chief people officer of Bounteous.
Paul added, “I’m looking forward to being a part of their next phase of growth and talent development and acquisition.”
Founded in 2003, Bounteous provides services in digital and experience strategy, analytics strategy and implementation, experience design, ecommerce, digital campaigns and content, media management, and custom marketing and analytics training.
The firm has more than 2,000 employees, according to LinkedIn, and has offices across the US, Canada, Mexico, and India.
