Clarkston Consulting promotes four to partner and associate partner
Clarkston Consulting, a national management consultancy specializing in life sciences, consumer goods, and retail, has promoted Cara Ridenhour and Sean Burke to partner and Caitlin Pardo and David Patterson to associate partner.
Cara Ridenhour (St. Louis) has over 25 years of professional services experience, with a focus on implementing and optimizing complex programs and systems. Ridenhour also has expertise supporting clients with challenges in human capital management, organizational change management, international expansion, and large technology implementations.
She has been at Clarkston for more than 17 years and leads the firm’s Women’s Empowerment Network. Before joining Clarkston, Ridenhour was a senior accountant at Arthur Andersen.
Sean Burke (Dallas) has been Clarkston for the last 14 years, advising retail clients on improving performance and seizing opportunities in digitalization. He co-leads the retail practice and has delivered numerous projects in omnichannel operations, in-store experience improvement, international expansion, and global enterprise technology implementation.
Caitlin Pardo (Boston) advises on sales force transformation, sales optimization, supply chain planning, data strategy, content management, international expansion, and technology implementation. She has worked in Clarkston’s Boston office for over 13 years and currently leads the firm’s sales enablement and client growth function.
Pardo also previously spent two years at Charles River Laboratories, where she was director of IT for the enterprise and commercial organizations.
David Patterson (Atlanta) has been at Clarkston for the last 13 years and is leader of the Atlanta office. He has expertise advising life sciences, retail, and consumer goods firms on IT strategy and implementation, organizational change management, and program management. Patterson previously led the firm’s quality and compliance community.
