FTI Consulting hires Brent Worthy as managing director
FTI Consulting has hired Brent Worthy as a managing director in its office of the CFO solutions practice within the corporate finance and restructuring segment.
Based in Dallas, Worthy has 15 years of management consulting experience with a focus on finance strategy, operating model and organizational design, M&A, and performance improvement. He has significant experience using traditional and digital tools, including robot process automation, predictive analytics, data visualization, and cloud migration.
Worthy rejoins FTI from BDO USA, where he spent nearly two years as a managing director in the business advisory services practice. Before that, he spent over seven years at Deloitte Consulting, where he was a senior manager.
Earlier in his career, Worthy spent six years at FTI, where he was a director focusing on engagements in corporate restructuring, recapitalization, and M&A.
Before entering management consulting, Worthy spent four years at real estate firm Greystone Metro Financial, where he was a business development officer.
He has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
