EisnerAmper acquires Baltimore-based Hoffman Group

EisnerAmper has acquired The Hoffman Group, a Baltimore-based accounting and consulting firm.

Founded in 2017, The Hoffman Group provides assurance, tax, and advisory services to businesses and individuals, with industry expertise across construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, government contracting, technology, and real estate.

The firm’s consulting offerings include valuation, M&A, litigation support, and fraud and forensics.

The Hoffman Group has 17 employees listed on LinkedIn.

EisnerAmper’s acquisition of The Hoffman Group builds on its 2022 acquisitions of Lurie, a Minneapolis-based accountancy with 200+ people, and Raich Ende Malter & Company, a New York-based accountancy with 200+ people.
