Crystal Jezierski joins Guidepost Solutions as senior managing director
Crystal Jezierski has joined Guidepost Solutions, a New York-headquartered investigations and compliance consultancy, as a senior managing director.
Based in Washington, DC, Jezierski is a compliance expert and former compliance executive with more than 25 years of government and private sector experience.
In her new role at Guidepost, she will help clients solve challenges in global compliance program design implementation, management, and enforcement action.
Jezierski has extensive experience advising global firms on compliance risk assessment and compliance program design and implementation – with expertise in standards and controls, training, communications, program oversight, and compliance failure response. She has also successfully defended compliance programs before the DOJ and SEC.
Jezierski most recently spent two years as associate general counsel at the US Chamber of Commerce. Before that, she spent a year-and-a-half at Walmart, where she was SVP for global ethics. In the role, Jezierski oversaw strategy and execution of the company’s global ethics program, including setting and maintaining the company’s standards of ethical conduct and processes for identifying violations of its statement of ethics.
Before that, she spent over six years at law firm Baker McKenzie, where she was latterly a partner.
Earlier in her career, Jezierski held multiple roles on the committee on the judiciary of the US House of Representatives, including chief counsel for oversight & investigations. She also previously served as deputy assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the DOJ.
Jezierksi has a law degree from William & Mary School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Denison University.

The firm last year hired Jeffrey Cramer as a senior managing director based in New York.
