Danielle Klene rejoins Vantage Leadership Consulting

Danielle Klene has rejoined Vantage Leadership Consulting as a consultant based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters.

Klene has over a decade of experience in change management and human capital development. She rejoins Vantage from McDonald’s, where she spent the last five years and was latterly director of strategic initiative management in the US. In the role, Klene coached US leaders on framing three-year and one-year strategies to support execution of annual plans and led a six-person team focused on optimizing project management processes.

Before that, Klene spent over four years at Deloitte US, where she was a senior consultant in the human capital practice. She worked on change management strategy engagements for IT and human resources functions, among other projects.

Danielle Klene rejoins Vantage Leadership ConsultingEarlier in her career, Klene spent nearly two years at Vantage, where she was a leadership consulting associate. She began her career as an associate consultant at Monar Consulting.

Klene has a bachelor’s degree in communications and Spanish from Northwestern University.

Vantage was founded in 1976 and delivers advisory services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, succession planning, high-performance teams, and culture audits, among other offerings.

The firm has 45 employees listed on LinkedIn.

Vantage earlier this year hired Lacey Savage as a consultant based in Colorado Springs.
