Brooke Daniels rejoins McKinsey & Company as partner
Brooke Daniels has rejoined McKinsey & Company as a New York-based partner in the advanced industries sector.
Daniels has more than a decade of professional experience in management consulting, technology startups, and investment banking.
She rejoins McKinsey from Palmetto, a clean energy marketplace, where she was chief business officer and chief of staff to the CEO. Daniels was responsible for advising and structuring key functions to drive the startup’s growth.
In her previous time at McKinsey, Daniels held associate partner and engagement manager roles in the advanced industries and operations practices. Some of her notable projects included leading a full procurement and supply chain diagnostic for an international distributor of electronic products and supporting the merger of two large industrial distribution firms.
Daniels also previously co-founded and led Made Inc., a VC-funded technology platform focusing on dynamic pricing, and was head of home services and GM at EZhome Inc., a lawn care subscription service.
She began her career at Lehman Brothers, where she was an investment banking analyst.
Daniels has an MBA and law degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
