PA Consulting names Stephen Morehouse and Mariko O'Neill partners
PA Consulting, a global innovation and transformation consultancy, has appointed Stephen Morehouse and Mariko O’Neill as partners in its Boston office.
Morehouse has 28 years of experience in expertise in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and diagnostics. He works with senior leaders to deliver new products and solutions in the life sciences market, from vision through to development and launch.
Morehouse has supported large pharma companies, investment firms, and startups in the US and Europe with growth strategies and technical and commercial assessments.
Before becoming a consultant, Morehouse worked in R&D operations and new product development within the biotech industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, a master’s degree in finance, and an MBA focusing on high-tech innovation.
O’Neill has over 20 years of experience helping clients optimize operating models and technology, adopt new ways of working, and build staff and leadership capabilities.
O’Neill has been at PA Consulting since 2001 and specializes in advising pharma companies and innovative biotech firms on large-scale transformation programs. She is an active supporter of PA’s learning academy and its inclusion and diversity network. O’Neill has a master’s degree in history from the University of Oxford.
PA Consulting also promoted seven associate partners to partner in its European operations: Adnan Saleem, Alisa Thompson, Amanda Grantham, Aron Thomson, Clare Allum, Greg Moore, and Jonny Buckley.
