Cognizant and CoreLogic enter 10-year, $1-billion services agreement
IT consultancy Cognizant and CoreLogic, an Irvine, CA-based provider of property information, have extended their business relationship for another 10 years.
As part of the $1-billion agreement, Cognizant will expand its service provision in cloud migration and automation – targeting lower IT and operations costs over the next decade. The Teaneck, NJ-based IT consulting firm will also focus on improving CoreLogic’s customer experience.
Cognizant has been a service delivery partner to CoreLogic since 2011, providing capabilities in application development and support, analytical modeling, and business process services.

CoreLogic was founded in 2010 and provides global property information and analytics solutions – drawing on data from public, contributory, and proprietary sources spanning 4.5 billion records across 50+ years. Real estate/mortgage finance, insurance, capital markets, and public sector clients tap CoreLogic for its data platform as well as complementary offerings in workflow technology, consulting, and managed services.
The company has more than 5,000 employees and recorded $1.8 billion in revenue in 2021.
