Rebeca Dawn named VP of change management at Strong Tower Consulting

Rebeca Dawn, an experienced change management leader, has been named vice president of the organization development & change management practice at Seattle-based Strong Tower Consulting.

Dawn has more than 20 years of experience focusing on organizational development and change management, with expertise leading large public and private sector re-orgs. She joined Strong Tower in 2021 and specializes in developing and executing Prosci-based change management training for global organizations.

Dawn previously spent three years in the City of Seattle’s IT department, where she was latterly director of client solutions and was responsible for developing and delivering a strategic re-org. Before that, Dawn spent more than four years at Goldman Sachs, where she was latterly a VP in the global project management department.

She has master’s and bachelor’s degrees in music composition from Brigham Young University. Dawn is a Prosci-certified change management professional.
