10Pearls acquires healthcare consultancy Inspirant Group
10Pearls, a Washington, DC-based IT consulting firm, has acquired Inspirant Group, a Chicago-based healthcare consulting firm.
Founded in 2017, Inspirant delivers business-driven technology and process solutions for large and regional healthcare insurance providers. The firm’s service offerings cover care management, utilization management, clinical decision support, claims management, data and analytics, and learning and development.
Inspirant has a team of 60 people.
10Pearls’ acquisition of Inspirant will enable its healthcare division to offer end-to-end digital transformation services from new product development to business automation and optimization at scale.

Inspirant co-founders Meighan Newhouse, Amir Azarbad, and Chris VanAvermaete will join the 10Pearls healthcare division alongside their team of consultants.
10Pearls was founded in 2004 and has more than 1,600 employees across offices in the US, UK, Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, and Pakistan. The software development specialist has expertise in product management, user experience/design, cloud architecture, software development, data insights and intelligence, cybersecurity, emerging tech, and quality assurance.
10Pearls works with Global 2000s, mid-sized enterprises, and startups across healthcare, financial services, energy, education, real estate, retail and hi-tech industries. The company’s clients include Coca-Cola, PayPal, Johnson & Johnson, and General Dynamics.
