Susan Haseley appointed head of ESG and DEI at Robert Half
Susan Haseley has been promoted to chief environmental, social, governance (ESG) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) officer of Robert Half, a global talent solutions and business consulting firm.
In her new role, Haseley will lead ESG and DEI strategy and programming at Robert Half and its consulting subsidiary, Protiviti.

Keith Waddell, president and CEO of Robert Half. "Under Susan's leadership, we will continue to focus on initiatives that help us sustain a people-first approach in our workplace and enhance our support of the communities where we live and work."
Haseley has more than 30 years of experience in risk and technology consulting and internal audit services, and has been at Protiviti since its founding in 2002.
She most recently served as Protiviti EVP and leader of ESG and DEI, launching 11 employee network groups and the Inclusion Champion Network, which supports diversity programs at the local office level. Haseley also previously was global leader of the healthcare and life science practice and head of the Dallas market.
Before joining Protiviti, she spent seven years at Arthur Andersen, where she was a partner in the risk consulting and internal audit services practice.
Earlier in her career, Haseley spent at decade at insurance firm USLife Corporation, where she was a VP and director of IT audit.
She has an MBA from The University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Ohio University.
