Clarkston Consulting bolsters partner leadership with two promotions
Life sciences and consumer products-focused professional services firm Clarkston Consulting has added to its partner leadership with the promotion of Kristine Pettoni to Partner and Dave Treadaway to Associate Partner. Both are long-time Clarkston consultants, with Pettoni having joined the firm in 2005, and Treadaway in 2000.
Clarkston Consulting provides business advisory services to clients in the consumer products and life sciences industries. The Durham, NC-based management consulting firm supports clients in the areas of strategy & innovation, sales & marketing, supply chain, quality & regulatory compliance, IT, data & analytics, ERP software, and organizational performance. Founded in 1991, Clarkston has additional offices in Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, Bridgewater, NJ, and Roanoke, VA.
The firm has strengthened its partner leadership by promoting Kristine Pettoni to Partner and David Treadaway to Associate Partner. The pair will continue to serve long-standing clients while expanding the consultancy into new markets and technologies.
Pettoni is a skilled consultant with over a decade of experience in the field, having joined Clarkston in 2005. After a brief stint at UPS as an Industrial Engineer, Pettoni joined Clarkston as an Associate Consultant, eventually working her way up to Associate Partner in 2014. During her long tenure with the firm, she has helped global life sciences, retail, and consumer products companies strategically transform their processes and systems. Pettoni has deep experience in the delivery of strategic assessments, process redesigns, system implementations, organizational design, training, program & project management, and process audits.

A frequent speaker at industry events and universities, Pettoni was recognized as the 2017 Bobbie O'Hare Best of the Best Leader award by the Network of Executive Women in Consumer Products and Retail (NEW), an organization where she serves as the co-secretary of the Atlanta Chapter.
She holds a BS in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Tech, as well as a certificate in pre-law. Pettoni will continue to be based out of Clarkston’s Atlanta office.
Dave Treadaway has been with Clarkston for 18 years, and is a recognized expert in the areas of serialization, supply chain logistics, and validation. Treadaway has helped clients in life sciences, food and beverage, and consumer products achieve their goals in the areas of process improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation. Prior to joining Clarkston, Treadaway was Manager of IT Sales & Logistics at Agfa Healthcare from 1990-2000.

He will continue to be based out of the firm’s New Jersey office. Treadaway holds an MBA from Iona College and a BS degree from Loyola Marymount University.
