Centric Consulting names Larry English as CEO
Centric Consulting, a Dayton, OH-headquartered management and technology consulting firm, has promoted Larry English to chief executive officer.
English, who co-founded the company in 1999, succeeds co-founder Dave Rosevelt, who has led the company since its inception. Rosevelt will retire this year and transition to a strategic advisory role.
Centric has grown to 1,400 employees and 14 offices in the US and India. The remote consultancy delivers services in business strategy and operations, experience design, people and change, IT strategy, AI and data, ERP, cloud, and outsourcing, among other areas.
“What I’m most proud of is that we stayed true to our goal of creating an exceptional culture for our employees and clients,” said Rosevelt. “Now that the time has come for me to pass the torch, I feel good knowing the company is in great hands, and Larry will continue the work we started together.”
English has more than 30 years of consulting experience, with particular expertise advising on remote work, the future of work, leadership, and innovation. He previously served as president of Centric.
Before co-founding the company, English was a technology manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He has a bachelor’s degree in systems analysis from Miami University.
“As CEO, I am excited to grow Centric in new markets across the US while staying true to our core values of providing unmatched experiences to employees and clients alike,” said English.
Utilizing a remote work model since its founding, Centric was recently recognized as one of Fast Company’s 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators. The firm works with organizations across insurance, financial services, healthcare, energy and utilities, and the public sector – with a quarter of its clients being Fortune 500s.
