Bonnie Taylor joins Vantage Leadership Consulting

Bonnie Taylor, EdD, has joined Vantage Leadership Consulting as a consultant based in Atlanta.

In her new role at Vantage, Taylor will support clients with services in leadership development, team building and coaching, succession planning, family business transition planning, and executive assessments.

Taylor brings nearly 20 years of education sector experience in administrative, strategic, and leadership optimization, as well as project management and training, learning, and development.

She joins Vantage from Spelman College, where she spent the last three years as AVP and dean of students. Before that, Taylor spent five years at Georgia Institute of Technology, where she was latterly associate dean of students and director of the office of student integrity.

Earlier in her career, Taylor spent two years as coordinator of student conduct at Georgia State University and eight years in the student life department of Tusculum University.

She has a doctor of education degree in educational leadership and administration from East Tennessee State University, a master’s degree in business administration from King University, and a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Muskingum University.

Taylor is the latest in a number of senior appointments at the firm. Vantage earlier this year hired Lees Parkin as chief of staff and promoted Kathrina Dubnicek to chief administrative officer and Stephanie Clay to director of HR, learning & development.

The firm last year hired Danielle Klene and Lacey Savage as consultants.

Vantage is headquartered in Chicago and provides advisory services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, successional planning, high-performance teams, and culture audits, among other offerings. The firm has more than 40 employees, according to LinkedIn.
