Whitney Buchmann joins Factum Global as associate consultant
Whitney Buchmann has joined Factum Global, a boutique consultancy focusing on international expansion advisory, as an associate consultant.
Based in St. Petersburg, FL, Buchmann will focus on social impact-related advisory engagements. She has over 13 years of experience in social sustainability and change management.
Buchmann in 2021 founded her consulting practice Illustra Impact, which specializes in helping organizations integrate their values into strategy, culture, and decision-making. She advised food and beverage, technology, and faith-based organizations on cultural assessments, impact agendas, and engagement strategies, among other areas.
Before that, Buchmann was a senior program manager in community engagement at Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, where she spent five years. Earlier in her career, she held community organizer roles at Camden Churches Organized for People and at Communities Creating Opportunity.

Factum was founded in 2018 by Gomez, an expert in international strategy and operations. The Washington, DC- and Bogota, Colombia-based firm helps businesses and associations expand and operate across global markets, including in the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
The firm’s offerings include strategy development, market research and selection, change management, training and coaching, legal and compliance, and LATAM-focused advisory.
Factum has a team of 16 people, according to its website, and serves clients in private equity, retail, technology, telecom, and non-profit.
The firm earlier this year formed a strategic alliance with Blackpol Colombia to help Colombians invest in the United States.
